B.A (Hons) MSW, LL.B (Advocate) : is having a practical and rich experience of around 45 years in the areas of implementation of Labour Laws and Laws related to Factory administration. Lastly he was employed with Kalpatru Group of Industries engaged in Paper, Alloys, Insurance& Info Soft business and was holding the post of G.M (Pers& Admin) and looking after work related to the entire group Industries. Prior to that he was employed with Metrochem Group of Industries and holding the post of Dy. G.M (Pers& Admin)looking after work related to Factory administration of entire group of Industries.
He was also Manager (Pers. & Admin) in Alcock Ashdown Company Ltd, Govt. of Gujarat undertaking (Bhavnagar) engaged in ship building activities and successfully handled work related to personnel and administration and remained there for 12 years. He was also employed Gujarat Steel Tubes Ltd. Ahmedabad. He has during the span of his tenure of service in different Industries successfully managed I.R. System and complied the entire statutory requirement under different applicable Acts applicable to the Industries. SHARAD K. JAIN
B.Com, LL.B, Dip in IRPM (Advocate) has sound and practical experience of around 24 years in the field of all the Labour related matters and appearing before the Conciliation Officer, Labour Court & Industrial Tribunal etc. He has worked with the eminent Labour Laws Practitioner in A’bad and gained rich experience dealing with Labour matters. he has established independent office since last 17 years and at present he is having number of Industries whereby he has been retained as a Practitioner Advocate and Labour Laws Consultant and his expertise includes the area outline below;
- Setting up of HR Department, Personnel department, practices, procedures, designing various formats, policies and systems.
- Consultation on day to day problems and on different labour laws.
- Drafting of different communications to employees and to Govt. Authorities assistance in negotiations with Union, Workers & Work’s Committee.
